




Job Summary: Conduct daily inspections and preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities, addressing repairs and emergencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance in rooms and common areas. 2. Repair of malfunctions in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry. 3. Verification of proper operation of key hotel equipment. Conduct daily inspections of hotel facilities. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and service areas. Repair minor malfunctions in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and masonry. Follow up on maintenance reports generated by guests and operational departments. Verify the proper operation of air conditioning units, lighting, pumps, water heaters, and hydraulic systems. Replace light bulbs, switches, outlets, and other basic electrical components. Respond to emergencies related to facilities and equipment. Maintain furniture, doors, windows, locks, and accessories in good condition. Assist in setup and adaptation of spaces for events or special activities. Record completed activities and report requirements for major repairs. Comply with established preventive maintenance programs. Keep tools and work equipment in good condition. Apply safety and hygiene standards during job execution. Collaborate in civil protection inspections and internal audits.
