Job Summary: This role involves managing users, inventory, licenses, and equipment, as well as providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for hardware and software. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of users, inventory, and software licenses 2. Technical support, maintenance, and repair of equipment 3. Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues Main Job Responsibilities 1.- Create, deactivate, or modify users in Active Directory. 2.- Manage hardware, software, and accessories inventory in Excel. 3.- Manage hardware, software, and accessories inventory in iTop. 4.- Assign Microsoft 365 email licenses. 5.- Manage allocation of computing and mobile devices. 6.- Prepare devices for user assignment. 7.- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications. 8.- Assign and track support requests via iTop. 9.- Configure and manage user printing settings. 10.- Repair damaged equipment (hardware). 11.- Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. 12.- Audit proper usage of mobile and computing devices. 13.- Assign AutoCAD licenses. 14.- Diagnose and resolve issues related to computing devices, peripherals, software, and network connectivity. 15.- Assist with OPUS installation and configuration.
