Focus on regulatory compliance and risk prevention A reputable company located in an inland port is seeking: Compliance Coordinator - REPSE Requirements: Knowledge of: - Legislation regarding subcontracting and REPSE. - Federal Labor Law (LFT) (amendments enacted in 2021) and basic obligations before SAT, IMSS, and Infonavit. - Management of supplier files and document control. - Intermediate Excel skills (databases, filters, reports). - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Focus on regulatory compliance and risk prevention. - Effective communication and teamwork. - Sense of urgency and confidentiality. - Intermediate English Responsibilities: * Verify that suppliers hold valid REPSE registration and maintain proper documentation (SAT, IMSS, Infonavit, etc.). * Compile and update files for specialized service providers. * Coordinate with Procurement, Human Resources, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure correct contracting and follow-up of specialized services. * Review service provision contracts (REPSE clauses and labor/fiscal obligations). * Prepare reports and support internal and external audits. * Monitor legal changes related to outsourcing and propose internal adjustments. * Ensure accurate and timely monthly submission of required IMMEX information to INEGI. * Manage immigration processes for expatriate personnel.
