You will be responsible for ensuring that physical and digital files are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations, thereby guaranteeing the quality and reliability of information. What will you do in this position? Review physical and digital files according to established guidelines. Validate that documentation is complete, current, and properly assembled, as well as report staff onboarding, offboarding, and changes to the client. Update the personnel database. Identify inconsistencies or errors in information. Follow up on the correction of observations. Maintain file control and safeguarding. Propose improvements to document control processes. Update information in systems related to personnel files. Maintain constant communication with personnel and the client. What do you need to apply? **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in document control and/or HR-related activities. **Knowledge:** Document control Intermediate Excel System operation Key Skills Attention to detail Organization Analytical thinking Ethics and integrity Effective communication Proactivity What do we offer?
