We are looking for: Warehouse Assistant – Central Warehouse *Location: Las Vías Industrial Park, Silao, Guanajuato* **Job Description:** We are seeking a responsible and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our team at the Central Warehouse. The role is responsible for ensuring proper handling, control, and safeguarding of materials, contributing to warehouse order and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree, incomplete degree, or completed high school diploma * Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or similar position * Essential computer proficiency (Office (Excel), Outlook) * **No issues with commuting to the worksite** * Operation of warehouse tools (pallet jack, hand truck) * Forklift operation (desirable) * Knowledge of inventory control (physical vs system) **Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving, organizing, and storing materials * Order preparation and packaging * Inventory control (cyclical counts and physical vs system reconciliation) * Document registration (invoices, purchase orders, reports) * Maintaining warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety **Key Responsibilities:** * Receiving, organizing, storing, and dispatching materials * Identifying and reporting damaged or missing goods * Conducting cyclical inventory counts * Managing returns * Providing support to internal customers * Data entry and information control in the system **We Offer:** * 30-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) * Savings fund * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers * Job stability Salary: $6,970.00 - $12,225.19 per month Workplace: On-site employment
