**Manufacturing Supervisor** **Job Purpose:** Manage, organize and supervise the personnel under supervision, as well as ensure, to the greatest extent possible, compliance with the production schedule by setting daily and/or weekly targets to achieve said schedule. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Supervise activities related to production line startup (T1 Monday). 2\. Manage and supervise operational staff. 3\. Ensure compliance with the production schedule. 4\. Daily reporting of key performance indicators (scrap, production, quality). 5\. Submit reports and provide support to production coordination and production manager for decision-making. 6\.
