WE ARE SEEKING: ***BRANCH AND SALES MANAGER*** Requirements: Work Area: **FEDERAL HIGHWAY 45, SILAO-LEON SECTION, KM 156+400** ***Proven experience in this industry and position is mandatory*** Education: Incomplete Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering) ***Experience:*** 3 years leading sales teams **(RETAIL PARTS CHANNEL)** Familiarity with the state’s geography and coverage zones Route development Personnel management Recovery of overdue accounts receivable. **Responsibilities:** * Identifying potential customers. * Reviewing and following up on collection of sales made. * Coordinating and scheduling orders jointly with various departments. * Market opening and prospecting. * Establishing innovation processes to drive continuous improvement. * Achieving established sales targets. * Sales development * Customer service * Experience supervising sales teams * Sales experience, preferably in lubricants * Experience in Cambaceo * Demonstrated and successful experience managing remote work teams * General branch administration * Personnel management * Prior experience developing and implementing processes to boost results * Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and influence skills * Willingness to travel * Coordinating sales representatives’ routes * Setting sales quotas **WE OFFER:** Base salary + **food vouchers** + sales bonus + **company vehicle** + mobile phone; **etc.** Position type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: Starting at $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Application question(s): * HOW LONG AGO DID YOU LEAVE YOUR MOST RECENT JOB? * DO YOU HAVE VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE AS A BRANCH MANAGER IN LUBRICANT AND AUTOMOTIVE OIL COMPANIES?
