We seek a technical, detail-oriented profile with a deep understanding of tax implications, accounting records, and administrative controls. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Issue, review, and validate **electronic invoices** according to current tax requirements. * Verify that billing complies with **tax regulations, codes, keys, and legal requirements**. * Record transactions in accounting systems and reconcile them with tax movements. * Monitor and track credit notes, recurring charges, and adjustments. * Manage the correct application of taxes (VAT, withholdings, ISR, etc.). * Coordinate with accounting, commercial, and administrative departments to ensure information accuracy. * Prepare billing, revenue, and accounts receivable reports. * Identify inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies between billing, accounting, and tax compliance. * Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and control structures. * Participate in improving billing processes, controls, and tools. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in **Accounting**, **Public Accounting**, Finance, or related field. * Proven experience in **tax accounting** and **electronic invoicing**. * In-depth knowledge of applicable tax regulations (VAT, ISR, withholdings, CFDI, addenda, etc.). * Proficiency with billing systems and tax platforms (SAT, invoice stamping, ERP). * Knowledge of general accounting, reconciliations, and administrative records. * Analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. **Key Skills** --------------------- * Knowledge of tax legislation * Basic auditing and internal control * ERP / accounting systems proficiency * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills * Organization, precision, and follow-up * Ability to work under regulatory guidelines * Effective communication with operational and accounting departments **What we look for in the candidate** ------------------------------ * Technical, meticulous, and compliance-oriented profile * High sense of responsibility and professional ethics * Proactivity in detecting errors and improving processes * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information * Operational discipline and focus on data quality
