Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the picking process to ensure efficient and timely product delivery. * Manage and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring optimal accuracy and organization. * Oversee delivery routes and ensure established delivery deadlines are met. * Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring excellent customer service and optimal team performance. * Utilize SAP system and Microsoft Excel to track orders, inventory, and other key metrics. * Implement and maintain quality and safety standards within the warehouse. Job Requirements: * Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role. * Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead teams. * Knowledge of storage techniques and inventory handling. * Familiarity with the SAP system and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data and metric tracking. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal staff. * Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
