Competencies: Sales ability and organizational skills Results-oriented mindset Decision-making ability Staff management skills Effective communication skills Discretion Process follow-up Responsibilities: * Monitor staff attendance (opening and closing shifts) * Conduct visits according to the weekly schedule assigned by the manager, based on operational needs. * Analyze performance metrics and sales data. * Verify store image, operational processes, and administrative procedures during each visit. * Provide feedback and on-site training to the team regarding sales processes. * Submit sales reports at scheduled times, along with action plans during operations. * Manage resources and personnel. * Monitor product expiration dates and inventory rotation. * Supervise and control team members’ sales activities to ensure goal achievement and accurate data entry into the system. * Place orders for assigned pharmacies based on inventory analysis and sales projections. * Train and develop sales staff on customer service and teamwork. * Ensure all operations and processes comply with corporate guidelines. * Maintain ongoing communication and motivation with the sales team regarding progress toward goals, aligned with sales strategies. * Maintain administrative and operational oversight of sales staff, generating timely and accurate reports on payroll-related incidents, termination settlements, and matters related to store image and advertising. * Supervise accurate daily data transmission and sales closure.
