Desired Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with emphasis in educational or organizational areas. * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Business Management and Development. Skills and Knowledge: * Dynamism. * Leadership. * Knowledge and mastery of teaching-learning processes. * Proficiency in Canva, G-Suite, and Microsoft 365. Experience: * Experience in designing, developing, and delivering courses and workshops. * Preferably experience in sales. * Fieldwork experience and enthusiasm for field-based activities.
