Position Summary: We are seeking an ethical professional for medical record documentation and early diagnosis, with solid medical and pharmaceutical knowledge. Key Points: 1. Knowledge of medical record documentation and pharmacology EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Indefinite-term SHIFT AND SCHEDULE: Twice per week, 2 hours each REQUIREMENTS: Professional Ethics Physician\-patient relationship management Basic knowledge of NOMs Knowledge of medical record documentation Effective and efficient clinical care Knowledge of medications and pharmaceutical processes RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain medical records for each patient, including physical examinations and complementary tests, as well as performing early diagnosis and identifying risk factors in asymptomatic individuals.
