




Job Description: Objective: Coordinate the operation, administration, and functioning of the store, adopting measures and actions focused on utilizing and leveraging human, material, and financial resources according to the standards, policies, and guidelines established by the company, as well as implementing necessary actions to generate sales. Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree (or near completion, final semesters) in administrative or related fields. Experience in retail, leadership, and personnel management. Full-time availability to work weekends, with days off during the week. Knowledge of sales processes.
