We are looking for an **Applications Support Specialist for the Shopfloor**. **Objective:** Ensure the availability, stability, and operational continuity of Shopfloor production applications by serving as the first point of contact with Production, through advanced technical diagnostics of operating systems, log analysis, preventive monitoring, incident management, and coordination with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams—ensuring compliance with established service-level agreements (SLAs). **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience supporting production applications. * Incident diagnostics. * Monitoring and operational continuity. **Management Skills:** * IT Service Management (ITIL) * Documentation and report generation. * Proficiency with ticketing tools. **Technical Knowledge:** * Windows XP, 7, 8, 10 in production environments * Diagnosis and analysis of: Windows services, system processes, boot sequence, and availability * Basic operating system administration. * Log analysis and diagnostics: Windows and SFIT applications. * Backup, virtualization, and recovery. * Knowledge of high-availability architectures. * Database querying (SQL / Queries) at user level. * Backup tools (Acronis, Veeam) * Remote connectivity (NetSupport, or other client-defined tools) * BCP / Continuity **Soft Skills:** * Results-oriented * Problem-solving. * Adaptability. * Effective communication. * Self-directed learning. * Collaborative teamwork. * Planning, organization, and follow-up. * Security-focused mindset. * Continuous improvement. **Certifications:** ITIL® 4 Foundation. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, rotating shifts * ***On-site: Silao, Guanajuato*** **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Punctuality bonus * Monthly bonus based on KPI achievement * Performance Management Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Employee discounts * Company parking * Employee referral program * Company phone * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
