We are hiring! **Foreign Trade Manager** At **Grupo Desmex**, we are looking for a **Foreign Trade Manager** to join our team and support the proper management of logistics operations, customs procedures, and coordination with national and international suppliers. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade * Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign trade operations (import and/or export). * Knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations. * Experience with platforms: VUCEM, SAT, SNICE, CONCAMER. * Handling documentation and procedures with customs agents. * Intermediate to advanced English. * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate import operations. * Track customs entries, customs documents, and shipments. * Manage physical and digital files. * Maintain constant communication with customs agents, carriers, suppliers, and internal clients. * Ensure compliance with foreign trade regulations and standards. * Monitor operation timelines, costs, and status. * Coordinate virtual exports and compile their documentation. * Follow up and reconcile payments to suppliers (forwarders, Customs Agents, and Carriers). **What we offer** * Weekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am \- 5:00 pm.
