




Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end payroll management, including calculation, tax withholdings, employee onboarding/offboarding, regulatory compliance, and staff support. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll calculation and processing, and incident management. 2. Proficiency in payroll systems and institutional platforms. 3. Attention to detail and professional ethics regarding confidential information. * **Payroll Calculation and Processing**: Determining base salaries, overtime hours, bonuses, commissions, vacation pay, and compensation for worked holidays. * **Incident Management**: Recording and tracking absences, tardiness, leave requests, medical leaves, and other variations affecting the current period’s payment. * **Withholding and Deduction Determination**: Calculating taxes (e.g., ISR), social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT), personal loans, and child support payments. * **Employee Onboarding, Offboarding, and Modifications**: Updating the employee database, processing new hires, and managing severance or termination settlements. * **Tax and Legal Compliance**: Preparing and filing periodic reports with tax and social security authorities. * **Staff Support**: Addressing employee inquiries regarding pay slips, benefits, or applied deductions. * **Academic Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * **Technical Skills**: In-depth knowledge of labor and tax legislation, as well as comprehensive understanding of social security contribution rules. * **Soft Skills**: Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, professional ethics for handling confidential information, and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines. * **Payroll Systems**: COMPAC, NOMIPAC, Intelisis ERP. * **Institutional Platforms**: Experience using official portals such as IDSE (IMSS desde su Empresa) and SIPARE for generating employer contribution payment lines. * **Office Software**: Advanced use of Microsoft Excel for reporting and large-scale data reconciliation.
