Participation in network and server configuration, monitoring, and maintenance. 3. 24/7 on-call availability and assistance with implementations. **Universo de Oportunidades is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Silao de la Victoria, Guanajuato** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A prominent IT company is looking for: **\-Network and IT Infrastructure Support Engineer\-** **100% on-site.** Ensure the client's IT infrastructure operation, continuity, and security through specialized on-site and remote support, participating in LAN/WLAN, firewalls, servers, backups, datacenter, and critical business services configuration, monitoring, analysis, documentation, and maintenance. **Requirements:** 2 to 4 years of experience in network and IT infrastructure support. Completed engineering degree (degree certificate and professional license). Experience configuring and administering switches, WLAN, routing, and ACLs. Basic firewall experience. Windows, VMware, and network services server support experience. Prior experience with ticketing and monitoring tools (e.g., ServiceNow). IT project participation experience. ***24/7 on-call availability*** Due to the nature of the business, assistance with implementations and scheduled windows on various days and times is required. **Salary:** $25,000 to $27,000 gross monthly, paid biweekly.
