Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Construction Supervisor to plan, execute, and control electrical power generation projects, lead teams, and ensure smooth operational progress. We are seeking a Construction Supervisor (Electrical) **GENERAL COMPETENCIES** * Plan, execute, control, evaluate, and improve electrical sector projects—especially in electrical power generation systems. * Plan and execute technical electrical activities. * Monitor and control planned technical activities. * Approve planning for maintenance and operation activities. * Maintain appropriate communication with all work fronts. * Approve planning and execution of activities. * Approve equipment and system availability for operation, shutdown, or maintenance. * Approve personnel availability at technical work sites. * Fulfill all responsibilities and authorities assigned in the Integrated Management System documents, as well as all tasks assigned by superiors required for smooth operations. **EDUCATION** 1\. Knowledge of electrical systems (power and control) 2\. Knowledge of design, construction, installation, maintenance, and operation of electrical systems 3\. Knowledge of personnel administration 4\. Ability to interpret electrical drawings and diagrams 5\. Operation of electrical and electronic equipment **SKILLS** 1\. Leadership 2\.
