We are seeking a **Customer Service Executive** to fill a temporary position due to maternity leave. **Job Responsibilities:** Customer service: * Receiving calls and messages. * Preparing and sending quotations. * Managing and tracking material shipments. * Handling complaints, questions, or suggestions. Sales prospecting: * Contacting current and potential customers. * Promoting solar panel maintenance services. * Following up on business opportunities.
