Job Summary: Advise customers to identify their service needs in AT&T stores, optimizing their experience while adhering to established processes and policies. Key Highlights: 1. Carry out specialized activities focused on objectives **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region Centro Entity: Guanajuato Location Type: Tda Guanajuato **Position Objective BTP** ------------------------------- Advise customers to identify their service needs in AT\&T stores, achieving optimization while adhering to established processes and policies. **Main BTP Responsibilities** ------------------------------------- Establish a cordial and service-oriented relationship with customers to ensure service levels, thereby providing alternatives for problem resolution. Implement quality standards established by Management and ensure the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely record customer visits in the company’s systems to enhance satisfaction.
