Job Summary: Instructor responsible for technical documentation, certifications, training, and providing consultancy and technical assistance in mining and construction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in assigned certifications and trainings. 2. Provide consulting and technical assistance services. 3. Update career development plans for technical staff and instructors. TRACSA GROUP - LEÓN Instructor Job Description: Document and develop materials for the certification of mining and construction technicians. Serve as a certifier for mining and construction technicians (if applicable). Participate in company-assigned trainings. Provide consulting and technical assistance services in workshops, field sites, machinery sales representatives, and customers. Verify travel expense claims. Conduct technical interviews for category assignment and submit results according to ISO Procedures and Instructions. Participate in updating career development plans for technical staff. Participate in developing/updating the Instructor’s career development plan. Collaborate with the Coordinator and department to develop the annual training plan. REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
