You will serve as the key bridge between technology and our daily operations, ensuring our school platform functions flawlessly and transforming data into valuable institutional insights. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * **School Platform Operations:** Onboard the student community (students, faculty, courses, and groups). * **Academic Administration:** Oversee enrollment, re-enrollment, and withdrawal processes, validating academic loads, schedules, and assignments. * **Data Analysis and Extraction:** Use **SQL** to extract information and **advanced Excel** to generate key reports on enrollment, performance, and retention. * **Visualization:** Support the creation of interactive dashboards and executive reports for decision-making. * **Data Governance:** Ensure data cleanliness, quality, and consistency, proposing improvements to optimize current platform processes. **What profile are we looking for?** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree (with diploma) in Business Administration, Computer Systems, Information Technologies, or related fields. * Technical knowledge: Practical proficiency in **SQL** (extraction and manipulation) and **advanced Excel**. * Skills: Analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and ability to organize large volumes of information. **What do we offer?** * **Salary:** $12,000\.00 MXN per month (base salary). * Standard statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability and an excellent work environment in the education sector. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. * **Work Mode:** 100% on-site (León, Gto.). **Advance your career and help us transform education through data!
