Position Summary: Responsible for the development of executive drawings, supervision and coordination of engineering disciplines, and technical documentation management for projects. Technical problem resolution and team management G100 DESARROLLOS IS SEEKING: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development of Executive Drawings. * Supervise and validate the development of the entire executive project (architectural, structural, mechanical-electrical-plumbing, finishes, fenestration, metalwork, carpentry). * Engineering Coordination and Management: Supervise and integrate all engineering disciplines involved in the project. * Documentation and Regulatory Compliance: Prepare permit drawings with the technical documentation required by local authorities to obtain construction permits. * Construction Package Assembly: Organize information so that the site supervisor receives clear, legible, and up-to-date drawings to execute the project. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Experience: 3–5 years in executive project development and engineering coordination. * Essential software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (Revit is not mandatory). **SKILLS** * High attention to detail * Ability to resolve technical problems * Team/project staff management. **WE OFFER:** * 100% health insurance * Statutory benefits * Gross monthly salary of $40,936.33 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * On-site cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms **LOCATION:** Plaza de la Paz #102 Puerto Interior, Silao, Guanajuato.
