You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing improvements that increase productivity and reduce costs, while guaranteeing a safe working environment aligned with organizational objectives. **Requirements**: \* Industrial, Process, or related Engineering degree. \* Advanced English \* Experience in manufacturing processes or process engineering within the automotive industry \* Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED). \* Knowledge and experience in PFMEA, Process Flow, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Analysis, Process Design and Development \* Analytical and problem-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities:** \* Analyze, design, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and quality. \* Develop and update work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation. \* Implement continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma). \* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). \* Conduct time and motion studies. \* Coordinate pilot tests of new processes, materials, or equipment. \* Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Safety departments. \* Propose solutions to reduce waste, costs, and cycle times.
