Job Summary:
This position involves comprehensive payroll administration, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with labor and tax regulations.
Key Highlights:
1. Manages payroll and ensures compliance with regulations
2. Coordinates incidents and transactions with IMSS/INFONAVIT
3. Calculates severance payments and performs accounting reconciliations
Job Objective:
To ensure proper payroll administration, calculation, control, and electronic stamping (timbrado), guaranteeing compliance with current labor, tax, and social security provisions.
Main Responsibilities:
Payroll calculation, review, and electronic stamping (CONTPAQI)
Incident control (absences, disabilities, vacations, etc.)
Employee onboarding, termination, and modifications with IMSS and INFONAVIT (SUA, IDSE, SIPARE)
Calculation and control of Daily Integrated Wage (SDI) and Income Tax (ISR)
Calculation of severance payments and settlements
Accounting integration and reconciliations between CONTPAQI Payroll
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Ø Minimum 2 years of experience administering payroll
Ø Proficiency in CONTPAQI Payroll systems (mandatory)
Ø Advanced Excel (pivot tables, data validation, cross-database analysis)
Ø Knowledge of SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and INFONAVIT Empresarial
Ø Knowledge and application of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), Social Security Law (LSS), INFONAVIT Law, Federal Tax Code (CFF), and CFDI standards
