Florida – León, Guanajuato** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- **Position Objective:** Responsible for leading the financial integrity of three legal entities, ensuring accurate transaction recording in NetSuite, strict cost and inventory control, and issuance of financial reports under corporate standards in English. **Job Responsibilities:** 1. General Accounting Consolidate and reconcile billing, collections, and expenses in NetSuite, ensuring supporting documentation via CFDI and proper accounting integration. 2. Treasury and Taxation Schedule payments, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare tax information (VAT, Income Tax, DIOT), coordinating with tax firms and authorities. 3. Payroll and Contracts Oversee correct accounting integration of payroll, withholdings, and social security, as well as registration of contracts and licenses. 4. Asset, Procurement, and Inventory Control Record purchase orders and maintain accounting control over assets, depreciation, and inventories to ensure traceability and budgetary control. 5. Corporate and International Communication Prepare and translate financial reports for international partners and respond to audit requests, ensuring compliance with standards. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3 years of experience in general accounting or similar role. **Advanced English (Mandatory).** ERP proficiency (preferably Oracle NetSuite). Knowledge of CFDI, taxes, and basic tax regulations.
