Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and methodical strategist to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns—primarily on Meta Ads—to deliver measurable results and strengthen brand positioning. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic role in digital advertising planning, not just operational 2. Optimization of campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads 3. Data analysis and data-driven improvement proposals Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (primarily on Meta Ads) to generate measurable outcomes: qualified leads, sales, bookings, and strategic brand positioning. We do not seek someone who only activates campaigns. We seek someone who thinks strategically. Responsibilities * Create, structure, and optimize campaigns on: * Meta Ads * Google Ads * Install and verify: * Pixel * Events * Conversion API (ideal) * Analyze key metrics. * Coordinate with the creative team to: * Request specific assets based on performance * Identify opportunities for winning content * Weekly optimization of active campaigns * Data-driven improvement proposals Candidate Profile We Seek * Proven experience managing real budgets * Understands the difference between traffic, leads, and conversions * Knows how to read data—not just attractive metrics * Strategic mindset (not basic operational thinking) * Proactive: proposes, not just executes * Organized and methodical * Has sound judgment to scale winning campaigns Work Modality * Part-time * Remote Salary: Up to $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hermosillo, Son.
