Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain records **Job Objective:** Develop, coordinate, and implement training programs to ensure staff possess the necessary competencies while complying with automotive agency standards and processes. **Responsibilities:** * Administer and update the **training matrix**, ensuring profiles are auditable and meet internal and brand requirements. * Design and deliver **onboarding courses** for new hires. * Coordinate and implement **continuous training and upskilling programs**, including use of internal and external learning platforms. * Monitor compliance with certifications and position-specific development plans. * Be present and provide support during the **onboarding process** for new employees. * Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback. * Maintain training records and evidence for audits. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Training experience, preferably in the automotive sector. * Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools. * Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. **Competencies:** * Effective communication * Planning and organization * Results-oriented mindset * Teamwork * Adaptability Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount Work Location: On-site employment
