Job Objective Develop, implement, and optimize Odoo-based solutions that support and improve our business processes, ensuring operational efficiency, cross-departmental integration, and system scalability. What will be your key responsibilities? * **Development:** Develop and customize Odoo modules according to business needs. * **Analysis:** Translate functional requirements into efficient technical solutions. * **Implementation:** Improve ERP processes (sales, procurement, inventory, finance) and integrate Odoo with other platforms and APIs. * **Support & Quality:** Provide internal user support, conduct quality assurance testing, and optimize system performance. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with operational departments to understand their actual needs and document business processes. Candidate Profile We Seek: * **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * **Experience:** 2–5 years of direct hands-on experience with Odoo and ERP customization. *(Experience in distribution/trading companies is preferred.)* * **Technical Proficiency:**\* Odoo development (Python, XML). * Odoo framework (modules, views, ORM). * PostgreSQL database. * Integrations (APIs, web services) and version control with Git. * *(Linux knowledge is preferred.)* Competencies and What We Value Most: * Logical and analytical thinking, plus excellent problem-solving skills. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to propose continuous improvements. * Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical departments. * **Business mindset:** We love people who focus on business outcomes (not just code) and embrace automation thinking.
