Focus on quality, safety, and efficiency A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Production Manager with experience in plastic injection processes, operational leadership, and continuous improvement. We seek a results-oriented professional capable of ensuring adherence to production plans, quality, safety, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Lead production operations through supervisors * Ensure compliance with production plans * Monitor performance indicators, scrap rates, and efficiency * Coordinate operational staff and continuous improvement strategies * Guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards * Implement continuous improvement and 5S initiatives * Coordinate maintenance and mold changeovers * Track KPIs and generate operational reports **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in a related field * Experience in the plastic injection industry * Experience leading supervisors and operational staff * Knowledge of: * Injection parameters * Molds * Lean Manufacturing * KPIs * ISO 9001 * Continuous improvement * Availability to handle on-call duties and operational issues **We Offer** * Base salary of $40,000 to $50,000 gross per month (based on experience and skills) * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Saturday * Location: Technology Park, Zapopan, Jal.
