Professional growth opportunities within an educational community. **Hábitat Learning Community** At Hábitat Learning Community, we seek a committed and proactive individual to join our team as a **Maintenance Assistant**, helping maintain our spaces safe, functional, and in optimal condition for our community. **Education Requirements**: * Completed or incomplete secondary education **Requirements**: * Demonstrable experience in maintenance * Basic knowledge of: * Electrical systems * Plumbing * HVAC systems * Operation of electric and manual tools * Good physical condition and willingness to perform operational tasks **Responsibilities**: * Perform minor repairs (locks, patching, etc.) * Inspect control panels and electrical wiring * Install devices and equipment * Carry out general maintenance (light fixture replacement, adjustments, etc.) * Identify and resolve equipment and system failures (e.g., ventilation) * Verify the functionality of security systems * Support space renovation and adaptation tasks * Report incidents to the Materials Resources Coordinator Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (4 hours) Salary and Benefits: * **Starting at $10,000 monthly, tax-free** * **Savings fund** * **Statutory benefits** (vacation bonus and year-end bonus) * **Statutory vacation days** * **Meals included** during working hours * **Training and continuous professional development programs** * **Professional growth opportunities** within the educational community * **On-campus parking** Why Join Hábitat?
