




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, selection, and personnel administration for a beauty company. Key Highlights: 1. Responding to managerial requests and supporting hiring **Beauty product distribution and marketing company seeks:** **HR GENERALIST** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment processes, interviews, and staff selection (primarily for operational departments). * Administer psychometric tests. * Create, control, and monitor personnel files. * Address department heads' requirements. * Support hiring and termination processes. * Review, implement, and monitor compliance with Official Mexican Standards (NOMs). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or Accounting. * Minimum 4 years verifiable experience in HR. * Knowledge and experience applying NOMs related to: Occupational Safety and Health, Psychosocial Risk Factors, Seat Law, etc. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary ranging between: $25,000 and $30,000 net pesos per month (tax-free). * Weekly salary payments via bank transfer. * Benefits as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law: IMSS/Infonavit, 12 vacation days starting from the first year, 25% vacation bonus, 15-day Christmas bonus for each full year worked (or proportional amount based on hire date), and profit-sharing (PTU). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm (with 1-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm.
