***Payroll and Human Resources Manager***
A company in the **construction machinery and equipment rental sector** is seeking a **Payroll and Human Resources Manager** with experience in **payroll calculation, IMSS, and operational personnel administration**.
We seek a professional experienced in **weekly and biweekly payroll, social security, and compliance with labor obligations**, ensuring accurate payments and administrative control over personnel.
Main Responsibilities:
* Calculation and processing of **weekly and biweekly payroll**.
* Tracking of **incidents: absences, tardiness, disabilities, and overtime**.
* Preparation and electronic stamping (timbrado) of **CFDI payroll receipts**.
* Management of **IMSS registrations, terminations, and modifications**.
* Handling of **IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT**.
* Calculation of **final settlements and severance payments**.
* Administration of **employee files**.
* Recruitment and hiring of **operational staff for construction projects**.
* Drafting of **employment contracts**.
* Responding to requirements from **IMSS, INFONAVIT, and labor authorities**.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology**.
* Minimum **3–5 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration**.
* Knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law and Social Security Law**.
* Proficiency in **IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT**.
* Experience with **payroll software (e.g., CONTPAQI, NOI, or similar)**.
* Proficiency in **Excel and Microsoft Office**.
**Desirable:** Experience in the **construction sector or managing construction-site personnel**.

We Offer:
**Monthly salary: $16,000 – $18,000**
**Biweekly payment**
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: **8:30 am – 5:30 pm**
* Saturday: **9:00 am – 1:00 pm**
**Work location:** Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco
Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract
Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month
