Your primary mission will be to supervise the team responsible for service appointment generation, follow-up on unaccepted estimates, and customer recovery—ensuring maximum workshop occupancy and an exceptional customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate BDC agents to achieve daily and monthly KPIs. Appointment Management: Monitor call flow (inbound/outbound) and messages to ensure full workshop scheduling. Data Analysis: Generate conversion reports (calls vs. scheduled appointments vs. attended appointments). Service Quality: Ensure team adherence to brand service protocols and customer satisfaction standards. Commercial Strategy: Implement retention campaigns, preventive maintenance reminders, and follow-ups on "Recall" campaigns. **Requirements** Experience: Minimum 1 year in call center supervision, commercial roles, team-based work, automotive BDC, or customer service departments within dealerships. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Office suite. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation ability, objection handling, and resilient leadership. Education: Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field. **We Offer** Base salary: $12,000 MXN per month + attractive commission scheme based on goal achievement.
