A technical operator who guarantees the correct operation, stability, and efficiency of the die casting process by technically controlling parameters, setting up machines, and ensuring product quality, thereby contributing to the achievement of production, efficiency, and scrap reduction targets under ISO 9001 and IATF standards. Main Responsibilities: Operate the die casting machine to ensure optimal performance. Adjust process parameters (temperature, pressure, injection speed, cycle time, and cooling time). Perform mold changes (set-up). Execute machine start-up and release first qualified part. Monitor scrap and efficiency indicators. Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality departments.
