Expert in negotiating commercial terms that optimize costs and ensure supply of high-turnover products while complying with quality standards and sanitary regulations. Proven ability to achieve competitive pricing closures and establish sustainable business relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and onboard new suppliers and manufacturers in the groceries and pharmaceuticals categories. • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, promotions, and strategic discounts. • Evaluate and qualify suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal, sanitary, and quality requirements (especially for pharmaceuticals). • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and product portfolio expansion. • Manage supply contracts and agreements in both categories. • Coordinate with logistics, quality, inventory, and sales departments to ensure timely product flow. • Monitor supplier performance and manage improvement plans. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, International Business, Pharmacy, or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in groceries and pharmaceuticals (preferably in retail, self-service stores, distribution, or pharmacy chains). • Knowledge of sanitary regulations, • Proficiency in cost analysis tools, negotiation techniques, and ERP SAP systems • Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. • Ability to work under pressure, strategic thinking, teamwork, and results orientation.
