Leads process standardization and bottleneck identification. **Job Description** Responsible for ensuring logistics operations run smoothly with clear processes, reliable inventory, and visible metrics for management. Does not manage day-to-day warehouse operations — that is the responsibility of the warehouse manager. This profile operates within systems, data, and continuous improvement. **General Information** **Department:** Logistics and Operations **Reports to:** General Management **Direct Reports:** Warehouse Manager (indirect: \~14 team members) **Work Mode:** On-site — Guadalajara / Zapopan **Main Responsibilities** * Be the owner of inventory in Odoo: accuracy, periodic audits, and discrepancy resolution. * Design and maintain logistics KPIs: receiving times, picking speed, order error rate, Full (Mercado Libre) accuracy. * Document and standardize operational processes: receipts, shipments, transfers, and returns — ensuring they are not dependent on specific individuals. * Create and maintain a weekly operational health dashboard, visible to management in under 10 minutes. * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvement plans jointly with the warehouse manager. * Coordinate improvement projects with data analysts from the content department. **Required Profile** **Mandatory:** * Experience in e-commerce or fulfillment operations (minimum 3 years). * ERP experience, preferably Odoo or similar. * Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — pivot tables, complex formulas. * Ability to create operational indicator reports and dashboards. * Experience managing small operational teams (5\+ people). * Process-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Knowledge of Yuju or similar marketplace integrators. * Experience with Mercado Libre, Amazon, or other marketplaces. * Proficiency in Power BI, Looker Studio, or other BI tools. * Basic SQL knowledge. * Experience in retail, footwear, or fashion.
