Consumo Masivo S.A. de C.V. is a 100% Mexican company specialized in the importation and commercialization of top-quality products in the categories of personal hygiene and healthcare. We offer: * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break * Salary: $15,000 before taxes, paid biweekly * Statutory benefits from day one Requirements: * 3 years of experience as a billing clerk for retail chains (Walmart, Benavides, Farmacia del Ahorro, Soriana, Coppel, City Fresko, YZA, Casa Ley). MANDATORY * High school diploma; studies in administration or accounting (incomplete) * Minimum 1 year of experience with Compaqi Commercial system * Intermediate Excel skills * Corporate email account (Outlook) * Organized, with ability to manage delivery timelines * Excellent internal, external, and telephone customer service Responsibilities: * · Consult retail chain portals to download purchase orders and upload invoices (PDF and XML) * · Issue invoices using the Compaqi Commercial system * · Request and track delivery appointment scheduling with retail chains * · Review purchase orders and/or requests prior to invoicing * · Monitor issued invoices * · Prepare monthly billing reports * · Register, upload, and track invoice acceptance or rejection on portals to prevent payment delays * · Correct and reissue invoices in case of fiscal or commercial errors * · Manage cancellations in accordance with SAT deadlines * · Archive and control digital billing files Work location: Av.
