Job Summary: We are offering a position for a bilingual technical support specialist who assists software users and supports membership renewals to generate unlimited commissions. Key Highlights: 1. This is a Monday–Friday, on-site position at our Zapopan site, located near the Judicial City. You will provide basic technical support to users of accounting/statistical software experiencing issues with the app or website. Additionally, you will assist with membership renewals or provide account-based recommendations to enhance users’ experience—and thereby enable you to earn unlimited commissions. Requirements: Conversational English, minimum B2 level or higher. Must reside in Guadalajara or its metropolitan area. Availability to attend training from Monday to Saturday, 3 PM to 10 PM; after training, the position is Monday–Friday. Availability for full-time employment. Call center or customer service experience is desirable. Completed or incomplete high school (Bachillerato). We Offer: Monthly salary up to $17,000 MXN plus commissions.
