Position Summary: We are seeking a warehouse professional with experience in inventory management, space optimization, and stock control—committed, proactive, and possessing strong leadership skills. REQUIREMENTS: \- Warehouse experience (preferably in spare parts) \- Completed high school diploma \- Inventory management experience \- Experience using a warehouse management system (preferably Odoo) \- Adherence to procedures \- Experience working with NOM ISO 9001 standards \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite \- Proactive / Committed \- Team-oriented mindset \- Valid driver's license \- **Key competencies:** Organizational ability, leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Order receipt \- Order picking and packing \- Inventory management \- Merchandise safeguarding \- **Space optimization:** Physically organizing merchandise distribution to maximize storage capacity and facilitate rapid access to fast-moving products \- **Inventory control:** Maintaining up-to-date stock records, conducting cyclical and physical inventories to prevent shrinkage, theft, or expiration, and reconciling system records with the physical warehouse inventory. \- Supervising and managing warehouse staff \- Supporting procurement activities WE OFFER: Gross monthly salary: $14,000 to $16,000 (depending on profile) Work schedule: Monday to Friday Statutory benefits Preferential discounts with dental clinics, footwear stores, toy stores, and optical shops Salary: $14,000.00 \- $16,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
