If you possess a human-centered approach, negotiation skills, and comprehensive labor process experience, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Administration and support for operational and administrative staff. * Direct support for bus operators. * Recruitment and selection. * Labor relations management and interaction with unions. * Execution of hiring and termination processes. * Preparation and follow-up of final settlement documents (finiquitos). * Monitoring of payroll incidents, disciplinary actions, and regulatory compliance. * Personnel data administration in SAP SuccessFactors. * Coordination with operational departments to ensure service continuity. * Handling and follow-up of labor conflicts and organizational climate. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in personnel administration and labor relations. * Experience supporting unionized operational staff. * Knowledge of hiring, terminations, and final settlement (finiquito) procedures. * Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors. * Preparation of payroll incident reports. * Experience in negotiation and interaction with unions. * Availability to work at the Guadalajara Bus Terminal. **Key Competencies** ---------------------- * Negotiation and conflict management. * Effective communication. * Leadership and decision-making. * Sense of urgency. * Organization and follow-up. * Collaborator-focused service orientation. **We Offer** ------------- ✅ Gross monthly salary of $23,000 ✅ Statutory benefits ✅ Job stability ✅ Professional development opportunities ✅ And more benefits Apply through this channel and become part of one of Mexico’s leading passenger transportation companies
