




**Position Objective:** Provide administrative and operational support in the management of service orders, report control, and documentation, ensuring proper traceability and compliance with procedures established by the Services department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review, enter, and follow up on service orders. * Audit service documentation (checklists, work reports, photographic evidence, signatures, etc.). * Prepare control reports, indicators, and service logs. * Coordinate with technicians or operational staff to verify the status of completed work. * Assist in the creation and updating of department databases. * Archive and safeguard physical and digital documentation related to services. * Handle calls, emails, and internal requests related to services. **Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel skills (tables, filters, formulas). * Experience using administrative systems or ERPs. * Basic knowledge of document control and service reporting. * Good spelling and writing skills. **Competencies and Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and reliability. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Analytical and follow-up capability. * Proper handling of confidential information. * Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn. **General Conditions:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, full time. **Work Location:** Administrative office or operations area. **Position Type:** Support administrative role.
