




Núcleo de Diagnóstico is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telephone Advisor to join our customer service team. If you have exceptional communication skills and enjoy helping people, we want to hear from you! As a Telephone Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing assistance and support via phone calls. Your primary goal will be to ensure every customer has a positive experience and that any inquiries or concerns they may have are resolved. Requirements: * Minimum education: **COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL** * Previous experience in customer service and/or telephone advising. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs. Responsibilities: * Handle incoming customer calls and provide friendly, professional service. * Respond accurately and promptly to inquiries, questions, and concerns. * Provide detailed information about our products and services. * Record and update customer information in our internal systems. * Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. * Advise patients on the preparation required before coming in for diagnostic tests. * Schedule appointments for patients.
