Provides general administrative support to the Human Resources department. RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure efficient talent attraction, selection, and tracking to fill organizational vacancies, delivering a positive candidate experience and operational support to the Human Resources department. The position contributes to maintaining team operational continuity through agile, organized, and role-aligned recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Posting and tracking job openings across various recruitment channels. Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate contact. Scheduling and coordinating interviews. Tracking candidates throughout the selection process. Assisting with file compilation and documentation. Updating recruitment databases and reports. Providing general administrative support to the Human Resources department. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (in progress or completed). Minimum experience in recruitment or HR administrative roles (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital tools.
