Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Payroll Coordinator to ensure the accurate management and control of payroll processes within an electronics company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll management and control 2. Preparation of weekly/biweekly payroll 3. Assisting employees with payroll-related matters Our company specializes in the sale of audio and lighting electronic products. Due to growth, we are looking for a dedicated, organized, and highly responsible Payroll Coordinator to ensure the accurate management and control of payroll processes. Position: Payroll Coordinator Location: Downtown Guadalajara Company: LINK BITS Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed). Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as a Payroll Coordinator responsible for payroll preparation and administration. Solid knowledge of: IMSS, SUA, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT online portals. Payroll Tax calculation. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). Experience using NOMINPAQ. High level of organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Experience managing multiple employer registration numbers. Main Responsibilities: Prepare and calculate weekly/biweekly payroll. Register new hires, terminations, and modifications with IMSS. Determine applicable taxes and fulfill employer obligations. Monitor and reconcile attendance incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, permits). Manage personnel files and document control. Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries. Calculate and process severance payments, settlements, and annual adjustments. Prepare reports for internal and external audits.
