We are looking for: A technician specialized in computer and telecommunications equipment repair for the MACSTORE ANDARES branch. Profile: Completed high school education / technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telecommunications equipment repair. Strong interest in customer service and support. Residence near the work location. Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. Deliver personalized service and issue resolution. Follow up on completed services. Promote and sell additional services. Meet performance metrics and KPIs. We offer: Monthly base salary: $9,900.00 MXN (gross). Apple Certified Macintosh Technician certification. Benefits and perks exceeding legal requirements.
