Opportunity for professional development and job stability **Junior Field Support Technician** Guadalajara, Jalisco A technology solutions company is seeking a **Junior Field Support Technician** to provide basic technical assistance to customers, performing equipment configuration and maintenance. Main Responsibilities * Provide on-site basic technical support to assigned customers. * Perform preventive configuration and maintenance on printers. * Address basic failures in printers and handheld **Zebra** computers. * Configure new equipment according to the customer's network. * Receive and follow up on **technical support tickets**. * Escalate incidents to senior technicians when necessary. * Document service processes and activities. Requirements * Technical high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree in **Electronics, Systems, Mechatronics, or related fields**. * **1–2 years of experience in technical support** or basic maintenance (preferred). * Basic knowledge of equipment and network configuration. * Experience in user or customer support. * Availability to work **on-site**. Technical Knowledge * First-level technical support. * Basic hardware diagnostics. * Equipment configuration and installation. * Technical support ticket management. * Basic knowledge of Zebra printers (preferred).
