REQUIREMENTS: Passion for cooking; no prior experience required. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in basic food preparation (washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients). Maintain clean and organized work areas, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Assist in food assembly, packaging, or distribution as directed. Receive, arrange, and store supplies according to hygiene standards. Support raw material inventory control and rotation (FIFO). Follow the sous chef's instructions during production. Comply with hygiene, safety, and food safety standards. Assist in general kitchen tasks as operational needs arise.
