Collaborate with Development and QA teams **We are hiring!** **Technical Documentation and Software Process Leader (AI-Enhanced)** Are you passionate about optimizing development processes and structuring technical knowledge? We are looking for a Technical Documentation Leader with software and AI tool experience, capable of standardizing, automating, and improving the efficiency of our back\-end, front\-end, mobile, and QA teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date technical documentation. * Design standardized policies, logs, and workflows. * Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude, etc.) to streamline processes. * Manage technical knowledge repositories (Confluence, Notion, GitHub Wiki). * Collaborate with Development and QA teams to validate and update information. **Requirements** * **Mandatory:** + Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Control Engineering, or related fields. + Minimum 2 years of experience in technical documentation within software development environments. + Knowledge of architectures, APIs, QA, deployments, etc. + Proficiency with technical knowledge management platforms. Excellent technical writing skills in Spanish and English. + * **Preferred:** + Experience as a Technical PM, QA Lead, or Scrum Master. + Knowledge of process automation (Zapier, Make, etc.). + Experience in banking or vertical software development companies. **What do we offer?** * Contract type: Service agreement. * Compensation: To be agreed upon. * Work mode: 100% remote, with occasional on-site availability.
