Warehouse Assistant Manager Job Objective: *Ensure proper arrangement, location, and overall replenishment of products within the warehouse by adhering to established procedures, thereby guaranteeing order, appropriate stock rotation (FIFO), and timely availability of goods for dispatch, contributing to operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.* Prior experience in a similar role is required, with a focus on team management and optimization of logistical processes—preferably within FOOD SERVICE or bakery supply companies or similar (mandatory). You must possess a proactive attitude and be capable of working under pressure to maintain the company’s high standards. If you have a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to lead and motivate a team, this position may be ideal for you. You must have the energy and physical dexterity to perform tasks such as loading and unloading goods or trailer unloading.
